Once the train station and Sydney's biggest shopping centre opens up you can ensure your property will go up like crazy.
Small trendy cafés are starting to open up, restaurants are always packed, the shops are always busy.
Castle Towers is one of the most profitable shopping centre in all of Sydney- people here are educated, middle class, most people here prefer not to have airplane noise over their heads, low crime, fresh air, family orientated, large houses and great schools.
Only con would have to be the waiting time for the train station and shopping centre to be built. However you can be guaranteed capital growth. Give this place a few years and it will be just as big and popular as Chatswood and Parramatta.
