Very quiet, very green with lots of trees, great neighbours (lived here for 9 years and the neighbours in almost every house next to me were lovely, helpful people). Very easy to get to the Centenary Motorway from either Sumners road or Mt Ommaney, Mt Ommaney shopping centre is 10-15 minutes walk or 1 minute drive away, Very well lit at night (the local councillor really upgraded the area in that regard) and very safe. If you look at old maps of the area before the suburbs were built here, you'll see that Pennant street was the only street :) It is probably the second tallest point in the area (Mistral behind it is the top point) and the views from the balconies facing west are amazing.. the best sunsets in the world.

Very easy access to everywhere, and you have a huge shopping centre right next to you (Mt Ommaney), or if you want to eat out really good vietnamese or catch the train to the city you are 2 minutes from Darra. The suburb is very quiet with nice decent people living in it. LOTS of quality school options. Soon Legacy Way will open up and hopefully make the bus trip to the city a 15-20 minutes ordeal in peak hour. ATM you need to go to Darra station and then it's 20 minutes (express trains that stop only in Indooroopilly and Milton before Central).
