"Up and Coming Township. Permanent holiday"

I have been staying at Primrose Sands for many years and have watched it grow and develop. The beach is very safe for families and our children have enjoyed learning to water ski and kayak as well as swimming and snorkelling. Perfect to come home and relax yet close to town for an easy commute. The airport is approx 25 drive and Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsular make a good day trip for visitors . Primrose is unspoilt with a friendly local community and we always love arriving back.

Excellent river, sea and rural views
Kids have the beach, active Youth Group, buses to both Sorell and Dodges Ferry Schools
Nice beach
Safe, unpolluted calm beach
Very quiet

Not great for

Needs a central commercial centre
Needs more shopping
