"Happy to be back in Goodna"
This is our second round of living in Goodna, We rented here while our house was built in Springfield Lakes. After 5 years there we found it too big and busy and snobby so sold up and found our new house here. Its on a quiet street near bushland and close to everything. Like any where else it has its share of crime and ferals.. We've been back for 3 years now and will probably stay until we get too old. the neighlours are great but not in your back pocket all the time, although happy to help out if needed. People say hello when they pass you on the street. Traffic wise once the roadworks are finished it will be wonderful, beats travelling in that bottleneck on the gateway everyday. There are plenty of takeaways if you want to eat out and a few new restaurants are popping up. Nightlife is pretty average but we are working class so off to bed early for most. There is a cinema at Redbank Plains only 5 mins away and excellent shopping 10 mins away in all directions, we're certainly spoilt for choice.
