We live near Laurimar Town Centre.

Pros: very safe, countless parks and playgrounds, clean, fresh air, close to nature, family-friendly, house-proud neighbours, close to all amenities, a few good schools, Nillumbik shire quality with Whittlesea shire price tag (best kept secret... for now), diverse, down-to-Earth residents, no big noisy roads or traffic lights.

Cons: need to cycle, drive or bus 5mins to Mernda Train Station, then 60mins train ride to Southern Cross, needs an Aldi.
