I live about 20 kms from Frankston and rarely shop there. Today I went to specifically buy from a shop in Frankston Quayside/Bayside. The shop I wanted to visit was under renovations ..... so obviously closed. I couldn't find the information booth. It is a badly organised centre. Will definitely not go there again. And do definitely not recommend. I spent an hour walking on 2 different levels using my GPS to locate the shop. Couldn't find an information booth to locate the store I wanted and ended up asking 3 stores to help me. Franskton shopping is a joke. Go to Fountain Gate or Westfield in Cheltenam.........Cranbourne Plaza is even better
