Moved to this area a year ago as the house prices were affordable for me. I think I made a good decision as there may be some dodgy parts but the ones that are good are pretty decent. Lots of developers are now rushing to the area and building new homes and units and more families now moving into the area. If you drive around the suburb (especially the parts that used to be called harrisfield some years ago, you will see that this place has a lot potential and the future seems to be bright for anyone buying in this area. Overall, I think I made the right decision buying here as the house prices will rocket in the coming years.
