Quality custom homes, breaks the 'McMansion' reputation that Kellyville has earned itself.

Predominately of middle class working professional people. Adjacent to Bernie Mullaine sports complex and sydney water creek reserve. Plenty of schools within walking distance for the kids.

We have lived here since 2007 and must say overall it has been a good experience.

Travelling to the city for work everyday is a real grind but if you pick your times to travel is tolerable. Toll roads are probably the biggest letdown for anyone living in the Nth West but if you travel out of peak times the trip is an easy 40min drive.

As for the area, it is geared as a kid friendly area with plenty of places to take your kids. Taking a daily walk around the residential area is pleasant as the majority of homes are well cared for and maintained on quiet streets away from main traffic. There is also ample open space and creek reserve maintaining that bush aspect.

Yes I do agree about the 'McMansions' slogan of the area but like all suburbs there are pockets of custom homes of high to very high calibur certainly comparable to Castle Hills best pockets with the addition of the bush aspect.
