Nice potential. This suburb will be a real beaut in the future. However, the problem with it now is that there is not enough bus lines servicing the TNSW rail station and the Metro station. There also needs to be an M7 SOUTH off-ramp and on-ramp off Quakers Hill Parkway. M7 southern travellers have to trek through Doonside and all the way to Richmond Road to get on the motorway. This adds half an hour to the trip - especially in heavy traffic!!
