A small suburb, perfect for young families. There is a small park within Ashby and easy access to the Rotary Park of Wanneroo a short distance away. Situated near Pinjar Road, good access to Wanneroo Road.

Currently roadworks are taking place with double lanes being made available between wanneroo road and Pinjar road. This may cause delays and may make traffic slightly noiser for close situated properties.

However, the suburb is pretty quiet and I believe that it's very safe. The cost of living here is very reasonable.

Schools nearby include Wanneroo, Tapping, Carramar and those further afield like Banksia Grove and Joondalup. There is also a few day care centres, in and around Ashby.
