"Best value beachside suburb on offer"
I work in real estate (not in the area) and chose to buy in Quinns Rocks over other suburbs because it is hands down the best value for money close to the coast. We have been in Quinns Beach Estate for two years now and it’s so exciting watching all of the new things being built & developed in the surrounding areas - beachside restaurants, cafes, suburban restaurants that are hidden gems, entertainment, shopping centres all within such a short distance. We have found the area to be absolutely wonderful and I wouldn’t live anywhere else. I have never lived in a suburb with such a community feel - people that live in Quinns seem to live here forever. Excited to see what the future holds :)

I noticed that there is a lot of government housing in the north east of Quinns. That explains the 'affordability'.
Hey, love seeing this review! My family and i are moving to Perth in October and have fallen in love with the look of Quinns and also Mindarie! My biggest worry is schooling for my eldest son who will start Kindy in Jan 2019 and finding the right house! Are both suburbs good for rentals and schools etc? Great to hear from someone who lives in Quinns and obviously a real estate guru :) x
