Springfield Lakes

"Horrible place to live"

We have lived here for 5 years. There is definitely an increase in crime. Lots of break and enters car theft, drug use drug parties. Too many rentals, homes are to close you can easily hear the neighbors. The heat here is terrible as hot as north QLD. Problems with people flying drones over yards. We will be selling ASAP .

This is an absolute load of poop! Springfield lakes is a safe, family orientated, wonderful community. Checking the crime statistics online there are only 79 reported so far compared to Redbank Plains 565. It is only a quarter completed and is set to become the next super city. Absolutely wonderful place to live! Sell up quick as we don't need people like you in the Neighborhood bringing it down!
