I just sold a place here. There are very few facilities, just lots of generic new build houses, and very little neighbourly spirit - you will hear bass music thumping through your walls more often than not. Yards tend to be small. There is a nice park area in the middle where kids can play, there are buses to town. If having a brand new shiny house is important to you then this is the place, but if the surrounding neighbourhood matters, I would reconsider.
