Macleod is definitely the place to be! We are so amazed by this suburb and its community. You always meet people at the local park, and it's very family-friendly. The park is right in front of cafés, a pharmacy, IGA, a post office, and a few restaurants, as well as the train station, tennis courts, and a YMCA. I've never seen anything like this—we are loving it!

There are so many parks around Carnegie with playgrounds which is great for young families! There is a train station and tram line to get to and from the city, schools, a library and even a super nice Facebook community! It feels pretty safe to live here and there are so many eat-out options available around.

Carnegie as well is surrounded by nice suburbs with nice cafes and eat-out options. It is not too far from the beach, brighton beach being 10 minutes away by car.

Koornang Rd is the main shopping street where you can find pretty much everything , even medical centres.
