Lowalde Dr is a great living option for those that are either raising families or are established.

There are Epping primary school (Greenbrook campus) and Greenbrook Preschool, walking distance to shops and a stone's throw from public transport. It is well positioned to be close to High St and Dalton Rd (train) on the south and is close to McDonald Rd (bus) to the north. Quite frankly, sensational.

In my opinion, it is the best street in Epping. I have lived in the street for nearly 5 years and it is the best place I have ever lived and as such I never plan to sell!

The street is very peaceful and quiet and does not experience a huge amount of traffic.

It's close to a lovely Lowalde Recreation Reserve. This park has an area of 8000 square metre. Its facilities include cricket oval, playground.

This street is located close by which has all the essentials such as Pacific Epping, supermarket, banks, chemists, post office, restaurants.

Epping is 20km north of Melbourne CBD and in the rapidly growing population growth corridor to the north. As the population of Melbourne continues to grow, demand for food production, storage and distribution, housing manufacturing and eight-hour distribution to Sydney, will drive strong demand growth in the Epping. This will be a very important suburb in the next five years.
