Noble Park is probably not as bad as the media make out, HOWEVER it is still full of a large number (more than average) of criminals, jailbirds, junkies and other undesirables. This is mainly due to the comparatively low property prices and low rents that attract the less desirable members of the community. The burglary rate is high, I have known many people who live there who have been broken into, some on numerous occassions. Definitely a place to invest in a good security system, window shutters, security lights and perhaps a nice big guard dog. Lots of good people in Noble, unfortunately lots of crims and junkies as well. So when you see that nice new shining home for sale at a comparitively "cheap" price compared to surrounding suburbs, understand "why" the property prices are cheaper in Noble Park!
