I really cannot go past Rosemount without wondering how nice it would be to live there. It is a leafy green peaceful place. The house prices are quite high but expectant as they are mostly on large private blocks.

I have lived in this street for years and have found it so safe and well looked after. The street mainly consists of owner occupied houses and is usually completely free of cars parked on the side of the road. A++++ for me

I have lived in Pacific Paradise for 8 years now, and I wouldn't have it any other way. It is so close to everything, only 5-10 mins to the plaza, 15mins to coolum and the beach is only 2km away! It is perfect for anyone with young and elderly mixed into a tight nit community. There is no traffic problems and we even have our own shopping complex. Everything is at arms reach and the neighbourhood is very safe. I live in Boomba street and the neighbours are beautiful and willing to lend a hand. Boomba street (like most streets) is very manicured and people really care about presentation which I feel creates an even more lovely place!
