Property prices are extortionate with developers knocking down buildings with small apartments as fast as they can to build palatial mega units for cashed up empty nesters.
Everything you need is within walking distance as long as you don't mind stepping over the deros who still hang around the streets to get enough cash for a hit or bottle.
It's a bit quieter and old money towards the Docks End of Potts Point shops selling expensive antiques vie with expensive fashion stores - aimed at expensive antique ladies who lunch and need loose fitting clothes to cover up their sun spots.
