Riverine Drive is the just one of the nicest streets in the exclusive Promenade area. Looks over to The Promenade Falls, where else in Springfield Lakes do you have beautiful water falls outside your door. Beautiful parkland, stroll to Regatta Lake, Sports Oval seconds away to make use of the Tennis Courts, Basket ball Courts and a grassed oval were a mountain of sports can be carried out with your family. Bike trails, water sports....you name it, we have got it all here within this area. The Views are endless.............whether it's the Falls, the Lake, the Mountains......you wouldn't want to live in any other street. It's well looked after, residents take a pride in this area, who wouldn't want to live in this exclusive location.

I would be right in saying that every resident living here in Springfield Lakes feels extremely blessed to be part of the 25% of Queensland who were not affected by the recent Flood Disaster. Forget the reviews below complaining about this that and the next thing, the one thing this suburb can offer you and your family is safe flood free living. After watching the aftermath of people loosing their homes and some their lives, every resident here in Springfield Lakes are grateful that their homes have been untouched by this horrendous natural disaster. We were leaving this area because of a change in job location, every other area we looked to moving to has been flooded or destroyed. Due to this we are now staying in this area. Some people have lost everything in these floods, I hope when you consider writing a review of this suburb before you slate the area for not having all you imagined..........remember it kept you safe and flood free. Please remember that you did not have to go through anything at all like the rest of our fellow Queenslanders. So to endure some noise, complain about the lack of restaurants in the area or how it looks untidy is nothing to complain about really considering what some people in this country have had to endure in the last week or so. Thank You Springfield Lakes, if anything for being a Flood Free Suburb.

Stunning views of the Cascade Waterfalls, views of the new Regatta Lake and Mountains in the background. What more could you ask for. This area is beautiful for walks, BBQ's and taking in nature. Within walking distance there is 2 Tennis Courts, 2 Basket ball courts plus a huge sports oval were families can play any sport, ride bikes, jog, skate or even fly a kite. This is one of the best locations within Springfield Lakes. No busy roads, beautiful landscaped BBQ areas and Parks. The new Discovery park which opens soon is another haven of views that has been built to create even more facilities for this area. The waterfalls are stunning when in flow and nature just wraps it's self around this whole development. This area is so different from any other street in Springfield Lakes because the views are extraordinary. The sunsets are beautiful. This is a great area if you want something different like the views, the water feature, the lake and all the facilities right on your door step. Would recommend living here to anyone, especially in this exclusive location.
