"Serenity Now!"
Haven't heard to many bad things about Ulvie. A fantastic relaxing place and great for young kids. A community feel and spirit about the place which leaves a lasting impresssion. Cannot recommend highly enough if you want to live and/or visit! A credit to the NW Coast.

"Still the One!"
Don't worry about the negativity - every town in OZ has teen/acohol and crime issues (see Today Tonight 23/1/12). Get on with enjoying the great area and report the 'LAM" to the authorities - especially council to get things happening. Notice - property prices holding steady with good growth for well kept/house proud owners!
Still a great place!

Not great for
- Nothing different to any other town in Australia in regards to teen issues - band together and have a voice and make a difference!

"Corowa on the Mighty Murray!"
Corowa has it all - golf, relax by the river or enjoy a beer and a feed at a local eatery! Locals make you feel welcome and a mix of old and new properties to choose from. Great buying in the region. Close commute to Albury and plenty of work locally. Climate is great. Excellent all round!! More relaxing than Echuca!!

"Ulverstone"
Excellent growth over the last 5 years - fresh air, clean water - a great relaxing place - close to Devonport and Burnie - high demand for rentals - a tick in all the right boxes!! A hop, skip and jump to the mainland - sshhh - keep it quiet!

Ulverstone has a pretty river mouth. But I found it a very noisy town with all the roads, cars, highway and tooting train all night. It is very built up. I realise the rural hinterland is valuable arable land and should not be built on. However the railway line and main roads were poorly placed. It is not serene!
