"Eadale Road Blackburn"
Great Street. Runs through to Nunawading - Esdale Street is half Blackburn/half Nunwawading.
Fantastic area to raise a family. You can get to the city in 15mins on the freeway. Or to beach if you travel the other way.
Esdale Street has a great deal to offer everyone. Close to DFO. Close the the station. Close to Doncaster for shopping.
Area set for capital growth. Lot's of renovations happening!

"Beautiful Blackburn"
I LOVE Blackburn very much - but it's become so expensive! If it's out of your price range to buy or rent in this beautiful suburb it mioght be worth looking at Nunawading - it's just one train stop further and still a great area with a new, "state of the art" primary school being built in Springfield Road.
Nunawading has a DFO. It has very good access to the freeway - you can drive to the city in 15mins. The new Nunawading stion is great and the train now goes under the Road and the traffic flow on Springvale is much better.
My friends recently bought an older, character home in Esdale Street that they intend to renovate. They just couldn't afford Blackburn so Nunawading seemed like the 'next best' thing. They are really happy with their decision and look forward to raising their family there.

"Nunawading is set to grow!"
A 15 minute drive along the freeway takes you to the city. Close to Doncaster, Blackburn, Box hill. The area is changing rapidly. Houses being renovated. New homes replacing old homes. A fantastic new primary school being built in Springfield Road - it will have world class facillities!
New train station is wonderful. Trainline goes under Sprinvale Road now so the traffic flow is much improved.
A new Aldi store is going to built in Nunwading. There is a DFO. Freedom furniture, Bunnings, and list just goes on. Shopping is great. And there are many places to provide all that is needed for renovations.
Cheaper to buy or rent in this area that Blackburn but just as good and only one train stop away!

"Great place to raise a family"
Esdale Street runs from Blackburn through to Nunawading. Childcare centre on the corner of Esadale Street and Springvale Road. Fantastic access to the freeway - trip to the city is around 15 to 20 mins! The new Nunawading Station is great - and the train goes under the road now so Springvale Road traffic flow is much better.
My friends have moved into the street and love it. Lots of young families moving to the area because they can't afford Blackburn. Land in Blackburn is now well OVER $1,000 a metre!!!!!!!
Wonderful new school being built in Springfield Road that will have leading edge tecnologies and facillities. Will be the leading school in the area!
Shopping is good too. DFO on the highway. Homeware, furniture and renovation stores everywhere.
Box Hill, Doncaster Shoppingtown, Eastland - all close by!
My friends are excitied that the area is tipped to have great capital growth too. This is due to the huge increase in prices in the surrounding suburbs, the access to the city and all the renovation and new homes taking place in the area.

"Weatherall Road is in Cheltenham"
Wheatherall Road is located in a beautiful part of Cheltenham. It is very close to Beaumaris and therefore near the beach. A lovely area to raise a family. Near to Southland for shopping. Good schools nearby.
So much more affordable than the neighbouring area of Beaumaris. Some cheeky neighbours of mine even give their address as Beaumaris!
For my family and me, well we are happy to call Cheltenham our home and just love Weatherall Road and the lifestyle it gives us.

"Great place to live"
This is a great place to live. I grew up in the area but is nicer now. It was very dominated by Ministry of Housing homes back then. The area has changed for the better!
