Love Springfield Lakes!

I have lived there for 2 1/2 years and have had no issues. I bought a property there and I am so happy that I did, as it's develpoing, I know that my property will go up, and its near everything. Its 30min drive to Ipswich and 30min drive to Brisbane City!

Due to work I have had to leave and rent my property out for the next three years, but hopefully I will return there as it's a great place to be and it's home! It's quite and great for being oudoors.

The Lake is great to walk around, and you are walking distance to the IGA and local shops.
2min drive to the Orion Shopping Centre and eventually stage two will be completed so that will be great once it's done.

By the way Springfiled Lakes is a suburb of Ipswich not Brisbane.

I recommend this palce for anyone!
