Redbank Plains

"Extremely good value for money!"

Great place for what you are paying. Still get a mini acreage at 3,000m2 blocks and a house for around 400K_ish. Once Rippley is connected with Springfield Lakes via train with a proposed train station at Redbank Plains on School Rd you wish you bought earlier in this area. Pretty good!

"Best value in BCC at the moment _ 2018"

Lots of first home buyers should do their homework. By far the best value in BCC area _ 3min drive to Richlands station and then 25min ride to the City CBD. You can still buy established houses in the low to mid 300k for a 750m2 block while Forest Lake, although further away from the train, is probably around 100 to 150K more expensive. Take it while it is still there. At the current interest levels you are looking at $260/w _ trust me, done the maths. It's a no brainer. Good luck! Forgot to say _ train station is also planned along Considine St. New houses there on 350m2 are starting in the 440k mark!!!
