Bridgewater
"Open spaces and conveniences abound."
I purchased my home 11 years ago because Bridgewater had more facilities available for seniors than any other suburb. We have never regretted our choice. Beside the river with clean air, open spaces with walking tracks, library, PCYC gym with low costs, and 2 supermarkets as well as other shops, public transport. Anything we need is only a short stroll from our front gate
Great for
- A half hour to the city of Hobart. Quiet.
- Growing fast with employment opportunities increasing with the new transport hub.
Not great for
- Small percentage of deadbeats who unfortunately are more noticeable than the nice people.
Who lives here?
- Professionals
- Singles
- Families with kids
- Retirees
