Labrador is a fantastic place to live. Not only are you close the the beach and broadwater, but there are heaps of options for dining out. Chirn park and aqua are great for dinner. When you drive around the suburb, notice the number of homes that are being renovated. Labrador is one of the last parts of the coast the has not had its heart ripped out by developers looking to make a quick buck with duplex homes.

I can recommend the area (beach side of government road) as a great place to live
