"Inner city living with suburban comforts"
West Leederville is a rare combination of inner-city living and suburban comforts, making it a Mecca for professionals who work in the CBD, West Perth and Subiaco.
It is situated approximately 2 km from Perth CBD, and 12 minutes from the Indian Ocean. It is also within easy cycling and walking distance to trendy shops and eateries in Leederville and Subiaco. Getting around is easy as West Leederville is on both major railway lines (Fremantle and Clarkson/Joodalup), bus routes and close to the Freeway.
West Leederville has great amenities despite its size. Lake Monger, with its birdlife and City views,is a major tourist attraction on the northern border, while Subiaco Oval is just south of this tiny suburb. Two major hospitals are within 1 km, as well as a primary school and a high school (Perth Modern, a 'super' school for gifted children).

"Wating for nothing"
Currently looking to live there. The suburb has everything we are looking for and you wouldn't believe how quiet the street is despite the school.
