Sit O'clock Thai Restaurant, Rawson Rd, Woy Woy would be my favourite.
KB Thai in Woy Woy is also good and very affordable.
Silver Dragon Chinese Restaurant at Umina is the best chinese I have found on the Peninsula.
Umina Charcoal Chicken in West St, Umina has great tasting chicken.
Copperpot Indian Restaurant - West St, Umina is also worth a mention.
