How is the reputation of Wynbrook Wyndham Vale?

Hi All,
I would like to know how is the reputation of Wynbrook project especially the location? Is is better than Manroe Lakes and Jubliee?
Any help would be appreciated.

The location is a bit better because its closer to the train station and a new shopping centre coming opposite the estate. Only problem with this developer is the time taken for land titles. Expect delays for up to a year.
