Alex, Tahnee and Thomas did such a fantastic job in selling my property. At first I was a bit unsure on how good the result would be but they exceeded my expectations. Alex Puglia did a fantastic job especially under very difficult circumstances.Our property was put on the market just before restrictions were introduced, we were worried that we probably wouldnt sell or if we did it would be for a lower price than we wanted. Alex reassured us ,he dealt with the changes in open houses then when public auctions were cancelled we thought thats it then. However Alex managed to contact all interested parties and negotiated a great price for us .
