Selling a house is a very stressful time having an agent who had the knowledge of area and confidence that we will sell made it a lot easier. We received the price we wanted and knew he did everything possible to get it for us. HE communicated with us continually so we were never in the dark about what was happening. Could not be happier with the experience and Ashley as our agent would recommend him highly.
Ashley had been highly recommended to me so before I signed up with Ashley I attended an auction he conducted, I was very impressed with his professionalism and so after some research I signed up with Ashley. My selling experience was amzing, he sold my home of 40 years in a matter of days for a good price considering the fall in the market, I think I went into shock it was so quick. Ashley has shown me great courtesy, patience and nothing was too much trouble as he guided me through his season. I am sure anyone who uses his services will be very pleased.
Ashley was very efficient and professional. He did not leave us in the dark always followed up on any query. He left us with the confidence that he would sell our house for the price we wanted.
We were happy with the agency and the result of the sale. They respected our wishes regarding prices sought before and after an auction and ultimately they were able to negotiate a sale beyond our expectations. Ashley and his colleagues were always accessible and kept us well informed before and after the sale.
The whole process of purchasing our house through Ashley was done very professionally, even after the sale he went over and above to make himself available for post inspections. His knowledge of the property and the area was also very inpressive. Great agent, very personable.
Ashley was immensely helpful in the process of selling my apartment. I was unsure as to how it would go and was somewhat sceptical about the strength of the market. To his credit, he exceeded my expectattions and I was extremly pleased with the final result.
Sold our Unit via Ashley Croall and was very please with the outcome. From the moment we ment Ashley it was a very professional relationship. He explained the entire processs so we could easily understand and what to expect in the current market. The team working also with Ashley were great, phone calls as we needed to keep us updated, Good photos of the unit. The contract was explained and well documented. No hidden costs at the end. We highly recommend Ashley and the team at Darren Jones, Greensborough.
Ashley was always keeping in contact with me throughout the sale process and letting me know when inspections were on and feedback from potential buyers. My property was sold quicker than I expected which was great and at a price I was hoping for but wasn't sure I'd be able to get.
Ashley was easy to deal with and always tried his best to get the best possible outcome in a changing market and made every effort to get best possible price. Happy to recommend Darren Jones to anyone selling or buying property.
Ashley did a great job and looked after our place after the opens
