You will not find a better agent then Dimitri. Our neighbours sold through another agency and the other agent, was trying to get us to sign with them because of the auction. Dimitri explained everything that was going to happen at the auction and how he would do things different and get us a better price. We trusted him, and ended selling our home for $90,000 more then our neighbour

Dimitri went above and beyond my expectations. On a Saturday he held two open for inspection times & was always available to take people through outside of these times. Dimitri kept me updated & informed. As a first home seller he spoke me through the whole process & was very calm, knowledgeable & provided much needed advice when asked. He provided so much time to me & selling my home & was very trustworthy. I highly recommend Dimitri.
