Wow! 200% result during pandemic. Dimitry had shown enormous market knowledge with absolute understanding of the clients and excellent customer skills. Property was listed and leased within a week. And tenants saw the property only via video link. Absolutely amazing work by Dimitry and his team and great result we are happy with. Will highly recommend to any one any day of the week. "SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME DURING COVID"
We had a great product to lease out but unfortunately the timing of the property being let was during the Corona Virus commencement in Melbourne. We were uncertain, and quite stressed how long it would take to lease..and if it would lease at all! Dimitry reassured us, we were priced correctly, had a great product, conducted appointments and always kept us informed. Their office was very professional with the social distancing procedures in place at the inspections. Although it did take a bit longer, through no fault of anybody other than a 'world wide pandemic' we got there in the end and are very happy with the professionalism, feedback and positive attitude Dimitry held throughout the process.
