We purchased our first rental through The Professionals Armadale. Eddie James was the agent for the unit. We liked he was punctual at our first inspection because I especially do not like to be kept waiting when an appointment is made a week in advance. Eddie James was friendly and knew a lot about the block of units, happily answering all the questions we had. Eddie James kept in contact with us and once we decided to make an offer on the property a meeting was arranged and I especially was very impressed with Eddies punctuality. Everything was explained and understood with a few questions asked by ourselves which Eddie was able to answer. Our final inspection of the unit went very well. Eddie followed up on returning the spare keys to us after settlement. Overall our experience with The Professionals Armadale Eddie James was 110% very professional friendly, knew everything about the property, was hands on showing us through the property, the common areas and explained the process of the body corp as this was our first investment property so we knew nothing about how a body corp is involved in the complex. We would highly recommend Eddie James to anyone who is selling.
