"First Property Sale"
Greg initiated the first contact to see if we were interested in selling our unit at Sunshine Beach as he had interested buyers who had missed out on a unit in the same complex that he had been involved in selling. Being a long distance owner I did a little research myself and we decided "why not, and see what comes of it". Throughout the process Greg was professional and never left me with any doubt as to his genuine care for the client and their expectations. There were the expected low ball offers but true to the advise and his word Greg came through with a result that we were more than happy to settle on. A few hiccups from the solicitors and buyers ends that arose during the period leading up to settlement were actually sorted by the expertise of Greg and his office. All done in a timely manner and clearly communicated . Greg was never unavailable and contacted me regularly on the progress of interested buyers and thereafter at each step when a sales contract was eventually signed. I can recommend Greg Smith and Select Noosa Real Estate to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property following my dealings with him. If honesty and integrity are a prerequisite then he has this in spades.

We take pleasure in writing a Testimonial for Greg Smith, Principal of Select Noosa Real Estate, Sunshine Beach, Queensland. Earlier this year, we decided to sell our residence at Noosa Waters, Noosaville and after extensive research into various local real estate agencies we decided to list our home on an exclusive agency with Select Noosa. The principal of Select Noosa Greg Smith, unlike a number of other agents we contacted, responded promptly to our initial enquiry and quickly arranged a meeting with us at a mutually convenient time. During our initial meeting, Greg listened carefully to our requirements and provided us with significant information about the number of listed homes for sale in our area, their prices and importantly, current and realistic local real estate market trends and conditions. Because of his obvious knowledge of local real estate industry, his many years of local experience and his access to up to date real estate databases and sales technology, we contracted Select Noosa to sell our home.
