As executors of our Parent's estate we needed to sell their home in Roseville after their death. We interviewed several Agents and Harriet Halmarick and Grant Borley soon became the obvious choice. They understood from the start that this would be a team effort for us and that communication between everyone was important. They excelled in this area! They listened to us patiently, answered our questions and explained their business plan clearly. Their unity of purpose and teamwork was reassuring. They stuck to the plan and we believe we got the best result possible. The house sold in the first week of the campaign and we were left breathless and delighted!! Harriet and Grant were the only agents we saw that presented themselves BOTH to us so we could judge them both. They clearly are a team. They did not tell us how marvellous they were etc etc, nor leave us with the impression they were motivated by desire for a quick sale, but were very deliberate and considered in how they went about understanding who and what. They were very organised.

I chose the McGrath team because it was plain that they are the best marketers: superior imagery and photography; more sophisticated database marketing and publicity and an operation that knows how to garner the greatest interest in the shortest possible time from the widest possible market. What I didnt expect was that wed wind up with the killer combination of outstanding marketing and a super sales team. Working with Harriet and David has been a great pleasure. Harriet has been our primary contact and, at every step in the process of selling, has given us advice that suited our priorities and circumstances as well as a meticulous and stress-free administrative process. With Harriet and David I felt that when we expressed an idea or preference we either received good counsel or instant implementation. They were outstanding as a team and it was plain that they are backed by a faultless system at McGrath Northbridge. Some people say that selling your home is stressful. I didnt find that to be the case with Harriet and David. Youd be wise to appoint them, in my estimation."

She shared with us her contacts book which meant that we had access to expert tradesmen in the lead up to the first open house. She supervised the photography and copy writing for advertising, which was of a very high standard, and offered excellent advice and feedback throughout the sales campaign. Most of all, she was calm, kind and respectful during what can sometimes be a very stressful and emotional time.
