"A True Gosnells local agent!"
Following our previous property manager doing a runner and leaving us almost 8k out of pocket in unpaid rent, We engaged the services of Hazel McGinty to help us clean up the messy situation we were left with. Hazel and her team not only got the house back up to speed, she was instrumental in helping us with our unpaid rent insurance claim and dealings with DMIRS. Thank you CJ LP Marshall

"Artist of deception"
Would recommend staying well away from this branch of RayWhite. I unfortunately had to deal with the Principal of the agency, Ms McGinty - Slow to respond to any form of communication and needed to be constantly followed up. Conducted extremely poor quality and unsafe repairs/work on the property that later had to be redone at my expense. Despite Ms McGintys experience in real estate and being the Principal of the agency, dealing with insurance companies, procedures, policies etc, Ms McGinty took the easy and convenient route of claiming from my insurance rather than follow up with the tenant for damages. Furthermore Ms McGinty intentionally tried to decieve me on numerous occasions verbally and in writing that my property needed to be advertised in order to make an insurance claim.
