"Professionalism, integrity and results"

It is hard to put into words how much James has helped us over the course of selling our apartment and then again buying a home for our new family. We first met James when we were planning to put our apartment on the market. James made the selling process very clear and straightforward. He respected our need to make a good return on the apartment and in turn helped prospective buyers understand the apartments value. This resulted in a sold price we were very happy with and I believe the buyer was very happy with her new apartment too. When it came time to look for a home we started turning up to auctions, only to be out bid time and again. Incredibly frustrating. So when we found a house we fell in love with, we got in contact with James again. James was clear about the value of the property and offered to bid at auction for us. On auction day James pulled off a bidding strategy that my husband and I would never had been able to execute in our wildest dreams. This resulted in us securing the home we so desperately wanted and with money to spare for renovations. Not to mention how much stress this relieved on the day. So James, thank you for being there when we sold our apartment and finally bought a home as well as acting with professionalism and integrity every step of the way! James Dorron sold my family home in Cremorne at auction for a great price. Within two weeks of selling our home, he helped find and negotiate the purchase of our new home in Mosman. Highly knowledgable agent and nice guy, you would be silly not to speak with him if you're thinking of selling or buying.
