Jill identified a serious potential buyer for my apartment which was at the time off market, within a week of viewing she had secured a sale of which I was more than satisfied. During albeit a short time frame she always took my calls and kept me informed of every movement. I could not fault Jill's skills from the identifying to the negotiation and then obviously the sale.
