Lloyd Allen is the best agent that I have ever worked with. To now he has sold two properties for me, both fetching prices that far exceeded my expectations. "Great expertise"

It was my good fortune to choose Lloyd Allen of Allen Estate Agents as my agent for the sale of my property in Roseville. It was with some trepidation that I decided to sell my property as the market was not as buoyant as it had been over the past few years and some doubt and hesitation remained with me whilst I moved towards choosing an agent. Lloyd Allen of Allen Estate Agents understood my goals. He appreciated my circumstances, needs and requirements and set about putting together a comprehensive plan that covered all aspects of my proposed sale including times, dates, advertising and marketing costs and proposed results. Lloyd was always optimistic and always on the job. He demonstrated great expertise and confidence when dealing with the buyers that my campaign produced and set my auction up to be the great success that it ultimately turned out to be. Lloyd was disciplined and well organized. He was aware of every buyer and every aspect of their circumstances. At the auction, which was held in my back garden, he tactfully and systematically worked the floor whilst communicating with each buyer and auctioneer. I am sure that Lloyd found every dollar that could be extracted from the market and I am grateful for the lengths to which he went to maximize my sale price in a most effective and exciting manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Lloyd to any potential vendor as he is unrelenting in his efforts to maximize sale price and is driven by a solid customer service ethic which is evident in all of his activities. I wish Lloyd well for the future and remain grateful to him for a wonderful result in a less than ideal market.
