"Mark Griffiths Sales Agent"
Mark assisted us to secure our first home and made what I thought would be a very stressful time in our lives an enjoyable and smooth one. Mark was available to help any time of the day or night to answer questions we had about the property and sale process. The speed and efficiency Mark showed from the time the property was listed, to being shown through, negotiating times with the vendors for required inspections was nothing short of incredible in the eyes of a buying customer. Buying in a location increasingly harder for first home buyers to get into the market we thank Mark for being a genuine in his negotiation expertise during our purchase. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to any prospective sellers or buyers in the future. Thanks again Mark.

"Exceptional & Last of his Kind"
I believe Mark is probably the last of his kind in real estate. Mark is straight up. He delivers the truth. From the moment I spoke to Mark I had a feeling this is the person to sell my sisters property. I spoke to other agents in the local area of Buffs Point listened to what they had to say and then along came Mark. Mark displayed a high standard of knowledge and professionalism and not pushy. So refreshing when dealing with real estate persons. I was out of the area of the sale and Mark was exceptionally helpful with his communication throughout the whole process of this short sale. Mark was given a real challenge to sell a dump. Mark was incredible Mark went one step further and researched properties that were similar to my dump which did give me hope of selling. Please people if you are looking for a person to sell your property and want someone who wont just tell you want you want to hear Mark is the person. From the moment I first met Mark, right through to the end of the sale process, I only have praise and positive feedback to share. He was friendly and professional; it was obvious he had local knowledge and knew exactly how to market my mum's place and achieve the best sale price.
