Rosemary worked along side Matt Hayson in the marketing & recent sale of our home, and was fantastic in communicating the progress of the campaign. Cobden Hayson deserve their reputation as the best agents on the peninsula & I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend.

I was particularly impressed with the level of respect she had for everyone that walked into the apartment. To put it simply, Rosie is a joy to work with. She was the agent of a property we bought a couple of years ago and the experience was so good that we knew we'd be doing business together again. "Amazing"
Rosemary and her team at Cobden and Hayson were amazing when we sold our house in Balmain. We knew they were pretty good as we had used them for renting the property for the last 20 years and during that period they were instrumental in carrying out a kitchen bathroom renovation, but they took it to the next level when it came to the sale. They had the house ready for sale in 2 weeks. This included internal and external painting, sanding the floors, employing a first class stylist and then getting the marketing campaign up and going. Pretty smooth work. Once the property was on the market the state of play was clearly and regularly conveyed to us and we achieved a far greater result than we had hoped for. You can trust in these guys and know that you have the best team on your side.
