The maintenance app is great, rent receipts emailed is appreciated. I was impressed with the professional manner of my property manager and the colleagues at the office. It was nice to be treated with respect as a customer and not an inconvenience.

"Very impressive"
I engaged McGrath Real Estate to manage an investment property for me. Even in the best of circumstances, I think taking only 7 days to go from obtaining keys to the property from the previous owner to have tenants in place and pre-paying 3 months rent in advance is a very impressive effort, to do this in the midst of dealing with COVID-19 restrictions is an even more remarkable achievement. I was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and dedication of the staff I dealt with. I would happily deal with them in the future.
