When we first met Will it was clear he knew the Port Melbourne market really well. He was patient with all our questions on the property and the auction process. Will was fantastic throughout our search for a new apartment. He was very knowledgeable about the market, especially within our price range, he provided insights not only to the market but also to the buying process. He was always very friendly and always remembered both our names from the very first time we met. On a number of occasions Will made himself available to speak well outside of reasonable business hours. Not to mention, opening up potential apartments outside of hours, and working until 10pm on the night we eventually bought our new apartment. Will managed negotiations very professionally and with high levels of integrity, at the end of which we felt as though we paid no more than we wanted to, but I imagine the seller also got what they wanted. From the first inspection of the property, Will was extremely supportive, patient and thorough. Will is very knowledgeable about the property market and was insightful about the Port Melbourne area. He provided us with history, building profiles, and guidance throughout the entire process. Even after we purchased the property, Will continued to follow up and support us throughout settlement, as well as helped receive quotes from builders, and other suppliers. We looked through many properties and dealt with a number of agents - and Will was definitely more approachable and more genuine than any other agent in the area. We appreciated all his help and would recommend to use Biggin Scott to have Will has their agent.
Will was professional in his manner and appearance at all times. He was very personable and an easy communicator. He answered questions without jargon and straight to the point. At no time did I feel uncomfortable with Will . He followed up all queries we had. Will kept in regular contact with us to provide updates and was always easily able to be contacted by us. For the past two years I have been looking and trying to make the best informed decision about which property to purchase. I went through all the pain of a very cold winter and by pure accident discovered a property being sold by Will Jonas from Biggin & Scott in Port Melbourne. The entire process was just so professionally easy it was like the real estate gods had seen I had suffered enough over the past 2 years and introduced me to Will. The words cool, calm and caring were clearly evident as I continually thought to myself "gee this guys good.......maybe too good what's the catch here?". I'm the type of person who asks 20 questions then re-asks them again a week later because I forgot the answers. I really drove Will up the wall and he didn't flinch or hesitate in accommodating any of my requests not even for a second. Everything throughout the process was of an extremely positive nature, even to the extent of meeting me at 10pm at night to open the property up so I could double check any potential resident or nearby lift noises. I already feel like we're good mates and in so have not hesitated in utilising Will's associated company as the manager for my new rental investment (which by the way has secured awesome tenants within 1 day advertised). I'm touching wood everywhere because thus far everything has gone sensationally well.
