"Awesome location, except for mozzies"
This is an awesome place to live, close to the river, no through traffic. The only down side is that in Summer there are heaps of mozzie's. But then you get that, friends of ours live on a canal and they get heaps of sand flies. Just make sure you have plenty of aeroguard and your fine.
We are in close proximity to Paradise Point and Runaway Bay which both offer good shopping and restaurants, as well as heaps of parks and water sports.
