Arthur Street, Seacliff Park, SA 5049

The lower part of Seacliff Park and the upper part which starts with Arthur St are completely different. Lower part is a bit non-descript. The upper part on the hill is like the land that time forgot. Most people in Adelaide don't know it's here. Huge views, enormous sense of space, protected from the Southerly wind thanks to the Northerly aspect - calm when other areas are windy. Quiet, almost no through traffic, good value for money, easy walk to Seacliff beach, schools and local shops, big parks. Seacliff Hotel is walking distance as well, up hill on the way home though. Worth a look.
