Can anyone tell me how is this area, Station Road, Auburn?

See my review for a detailed breakdown. It's treated like a third world slum by its residents.

Very centralised street in regards to being on the outer of the shopping hub but also close proximity to the the main arterial roads. The train station is virtually a hop, skip and a jump.
