"was a great spot when everyone on the street owned their home."
Now Koongamia is full of 1st homeowners and renters its gone downhill again. Koongy goes thru this cycle every housing boom/bust. I miss my house there but the suburb has suffered. Its a convenient location and a good place to get started.. Aeroplanes come over pretty low which may bother some people.
