"Great street away from the hustle and bustle of the High Rise precinct!"
This street is a little pearl in the Southport oyster.
The majority of apartment blocks are older style. SPACIOUS as all get out, solid and best yet the body corporate fees are a walk in the park compared to the newer high rise apartments.
Check it out you won't be disappointed!

"Best Steet on the Gold Coast"
We love Bauer Street. Historically, it has always been known as the best Street in Southport. It is very proximate to the Broadwater and CBD, plus schools, daycare etc. It has some top quality houses as well as units and retirement facilities. The best thing are the old trees and the leafy aspect of the Street. Although it is so close to town, it is very quiet and only a two minute stroll down to the riverside park. You don't need a car to live here. Why would you live anywhere else?
