Reviews of Berkeley Court, Seabrook
"Fantastic quiet and friendly court with no thoroughfare, so no wandering people."
We've lived hear for years and know all our neighbours. They're all very friendly, quiet and considerate. It's great to have someone pull your bins in without asking if you're home late, or even just the simple wave as you're walking down to the local shops. The court is also a nice safe place for a kick of the footy or an extension of your cricket pitch (driveway).
This place has it all. You can pop down to Skeleton creek for a walk or ride or to give the dog a run. From Skeleton creek you can make it to Sanctuary Lakes or even right into Williamstown on the dedicated bike track. Going the other direction it's a quick and easy walk to Laverton train station, or choose between Point Cook Town Centre or Altona Central shopping centres. And best of all, it's just 20 mins drive from the city along the freeway.
We love this place, and anyone looking around this area should certainly consider Seabrook as a great alternative to Point Cook, Altona Meadows or Sanctuary Lakes. It's also in the Hobsons Bay council so the rates are far lower than Wyndam.
