Bezerkeley has that nickname for a reason (cray cray here folks). Fancy dirt bikes ripping up your street? Like a nice redone muffler bouncing off a "sick" car falling onto your front lawn ? Fancy a nice burn out demo with 6 90's wrecker cars 8 times a day ( in case you missed it). Check out your insulation of the house. Buyers BRWARE of Berkeley. It's still the BOONIES here. Look elsewhere!!!!
